Welcome to our NEW HOME!!!

These are the first pictures of the new home. We hope you like them. We hope you’ll visit. We hope you call first.

(click on the small pictures if you want a bigger view)

This is the front view. Note the street sign. Wedgewood Place. Please pass the Grey Poupon…

It’s sold. Don’t even bother calling anymore.

This is the front door. (duh.)

The living room, complete with baby grand. Not mine, of course, but you get the idea. The deal is I get a baby grand as soon as Lisa gets a big screen TV…oh wait, I guess you know what we want for our birthday now.

The new, large kitchen. Strong enough for a man, but made for a woman. But we know who’ll be doing the cooking at this house…. I’m planning to draw a line down the center so that we each stay on our own sides when we’re both in the kitchen.

The kitchen desk for managing the pantry inventory system (Version 3.1) and cataloging all of the canned goods J

This is the family room. It’s open to the floor above. It has built-in cabinets along the wall on the right and room for a huge TV. There is also a wet bar, although that may just be a plumbing problem.

This is the grand entrance looking back out the front door. Those are not our shoes but we’re trying to get the seller to throw them in.

This is the view down the hall toward the kitchen and dining nook from the garage entrance. This is my girlfriend, Esther.

The back of the house has this deck running almost the entire length of it. This is apparently to protect us from the rampaging gangs of wild turkeys that are purported to frequent the creek that runs through the back of the property. Lisa is very excited to make new friends.

This is a view of the backyard. As you can see they have gone for more of a "park-like natural setting" for the backyard. (That’s real estate speak for "they have never bothered to landscape it").
